The Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (Nigeria) organized an Executive Course on Strategic Negotiation and Mediation from 22-25 September, 2025.

I was opportune to deliver a lecture around the title but based on my personal experiences on the field. I shared my diplomatic experiences with regards to procedures that required tactful negotiations and mediations in The Gambia, Liberia and Nigeria (mostly in the Middle Belt), between 2017 and 2025.

The participants, drawn from selected states of Nigeria, are heads of agencies seized with the challenges of conflicts in their respective states.
